In some instances, you may wish to change the name of an existing user defined subfolder.
To change the name of an existing folder in the Transactions menu:
Open the Transactions view from the navigation menu.
Click the appropriate folder or subfolders and select Options | Rename Folder.
The Rename Folder pop-up window is displayed.
Type the appropriate name and click the OK button.
The name is changed in the Transactions menu.
Note
The default "parent" folders such as Inbox, Received, Outbox and Sent cannot be renamed.
