Selecting Multiple Adjacent Items in a Folder

To select multiple adjacent items in a Transactions menu folder:

1. Select the first transaction.

2. Press and hold the SHIFT key and select the last transaction.

All transactions between the first and last are selected.

Selecting a Group of Non-Adjacent Items

To select a group of non-adjacent items, press and hold the CTRL key on the keyboard while using the mouse to select the items to be highlighted.
