Installation Notes

Transaction Manager requires an Integration Service installation in order to integrate with local Business Systems and to print UCC-128 labels from our on-premise Labeling Utility. This Integration Service is not necessary if you are using Transaction Manager independently, connecting to a cloud Business System, communicating via the TC Cloud FTP Flat File, or using our hosted Labeling Utility.

Terminal Services (Remote Desktop) Policy

Transaction Managerâ„¢ is suitable for delivery in a Terminal Services environment. However, due to the variability in configuration, limited support for Terminal Services is provided. If a product or performance issue is related to the Terminal Services environment, it is the responsibility of the Information Technology (IT) administrator of that environment to troubleshoot and resolve the issue. It is common practice for our team to request full permission given to the TrueCommerce directories when configuring Transaction Manager in a terminal services environment. If a higher TIER support service is required to diagnose environmental restrictions, the customer may be subject to additional professional service fees.

MAC Operating Systems Policy

TrueCommerce solutions support Transaction Manager on a MAC OS. The following environmental configurations apply:
