Viewing Cloud Logging

Cloud logging is available only for those systems that are set up with a cloud integration. Use this log page to view a generated copy of the file used for an integrated activity. The information generated when cloud logging is activated will provide a detailed snapshot of data attempted to be exported from or imported to Transaction Manager.

The log provides additional details on how TrueCommerce integrates and passes data from Transaction Manager to an ERP. It provides detailed framework functionality within the file such as reviewing price verification, duplicate PO check and connection information.

To enable Cloud Integration Logging, refer to the System Configuration page.

 

NOTE

You should perform the action you need to troubleshoot as soon as you have turned on Cloud Integration Logging. It is important that you download the log immediately after the activity is performed to ensure the file does not get overwritten.

To access cloud logging:

  1. Select Transaction Manager > System Activity on the Foundry   Menu, and select Cloud Log to launch the Cloud Logging Activity page.

  2. Optionally, this can also be accessed from one of the other system activity pages via the  System Activity  dropdown control on the action bar. 


    Note that the most recent log files will be listed at the at the top of page. Scroll down for older files.

  3. Use the   Export,   Export CSV, or   Export Text controls if you require further visibility to scan through the data.
