As mentioned, new users can only be created at the Foundry level, which is documented in the Foundry Platform Administrator Guide.
However, Transaction Manager does allow you to make changes to some user settings when you select a user from the User Administration grid. Instructions for modifying user roles and permissions are provided in the sections that follow.
The currently assigned role is indicated in the Role Type column of a the user.
You can modify the role of a selected user under the Login section by choosing one of the following options in the Role dropdown field.
Administrator
|
Non-editable. Complete access to all Transaction Manager features and privileges. |
User
|
Non-editable. Access to all Transaction Manager features except Data Setup, System Setup, and Permission Setup. |
Custom
|
Editable. Customized to any combination of permissions in the Permissions list. |
Permissions are preset (and cannot be modified) when assigning the Administrator or User role to a user. However, if the Custom role is chosen, you will be able to customize your own set of permissions by selecting checkboxes in the Permissions list.

Has access to Trading Partner-level setup but not Global BSP Setup. Note that BSP Configuration requires Admin permissions. |

Can create, edit, and schedule reports |
