The User Administration page is where you can configure users' settings specific to their Transaction Manager roles and permissions.
About Foundry Accounts. Before they can access Transaction Manager, each user must have an account created for them in Foundry. Their passwords are also maintained in Foundry. Roles assigned to users at the Foundry level may have different names and capabilities tailored to each implementation. Permission settings may also be incorporated into a role that serves other applications besides Transaction Manager. For more about Foundry users and roles, refer to the Foundry Platform Administrator Guide.
To access user settings in Transaction Manager, select Transaction Manager > Administration > User Administration from the Foundry Menu. Optionally, User Administration can also be accessed from one of the other pages via the Administration dropdown control on the action bar.
This launches the User Administration page listing all of the users who have access to this implementation of Transaction Manager. Selecting a user name from the Users pane displays that user's Transaction Manager login profile, role and permission settings.
From here, you will be able to make changes to Login field entries, including their first and last name, phone number and email address. Roles, permissions, and trading partner access can also be managed for each user selected.
