Once an event has been set to process asynchronously, users will be notified in the status bar that the event has begun, and an event log will be created in the Asynchronous Events grid.
This grid can be used to track the progress of your events as they are processing, or to cancel an unnecessary event.
Additionally, email notifications will be delivered to the email address of the user who initiates the event. Email notifications will be delivered upon completion of the event describing the success or failure of the event.
To monitor an asynchronous event:
Select Transaction Manager > System Activity on the Foundry Menu, and then select Asynchronous Events to launch the Asynchronous Events log.
Optionally, this log can also be accessed from from one of the other system activity pages via the System Activity dropdown control on the action bar.
Double-click on the asynchronous event log entry to be viewed.
