Print Packing Lists

The TrueCommerce Packing List solution can be used to generate packing slips based on Trading Partner specifications. If your implementation does not include this functionality, contact your TrueCommerce representative for more information.

You have two options for generating packing lists from the Print menu: Packing List or Consolidated (ASNs).

Note that requirements can vary from trading partner to trading partner regarding preferred layout and/or paper. If there are multiple packing list options available for a new trading partner, start off by generating each of them (as PDFs) to see which works best for your business arrangement.

To generate, view, and print packing lists:

Select Transaction Manager > Transactions on the Foundry Menu to launch the Transactions workspace.
Choose a folder from the transactions menu box.
Select the transaction you want for generating a packing list.
Select Print on the action bar and then select Packing List (or Consolidated).
Select the Standard PDF or Asynchronous PDF option from the dropdown menu. See note below.
If your trading partner has multiple packing list options, make a selection from the dialog box and then click OK.
