Editing a Transaction

You can edit the transaction details of a selected record (Outbox folder only). 

To edit a transaction:

  1. Select Transaction Manager > Transactions on the Foundry   Menu to launch the Transactions workspace.

  2. Choose the Outbox folder from the Folders menu. Transactions under the Inbox, Received, or Sent folders are viewable but they cannot be edited.

  3. Double-click on the transaction to be edited or select  Transaction Details from the View  dropdown controlThis launches the Transaction Details page for the selected record.

  4. Make your changes (under the appropriate tabs) in the Transaction Details page. 

  5. Click   Save or   Save & Close on the action bar to save your changes.

 

TIP

Certain mandatory fields, such as vendor number and address information, can be added to a partner template so that they don't have to be filled in every time.
